And Nagelsmann’s resignation did not surprise me. There was no chemistry between him and Bayern

The coach has too free views.

“Bayern suddenly sacked Nagelsmann. The resignation seems unexpected and not obvious – the quarter-finals of the Champions League and the German Cup, the victory over PSG and the not hopeless 2nd place in the Bundesliga with a chance to fix everything against Dortmund in April. 

A trusted source, German Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg, cites two main reasons for Nagelsmann’s resignation: results in the Bundesliga (9 points behind) and insufficient development of players (it actually sounds strange ) .  

Let’s assume that these two theses are a disguise and a formal explanation for the resignation. And let’s pay attention to the third reason, given as if in isolation from the rest and between the lines: the management of Bayern and the players were surprised that Nagelsmann gave up skiing in Austria, while the team (those who did not leave for the national teams) continued to work at the base . 

If Bayern were surprised by Nagelsmann’s trip to the mountains, they did not understand the life philosophy of the coach. Or they just couldn’t accept it.  

The contradictions between Bayern and Julian at the level of mentality and life views have been accumulating for a long time. And led to a logical result. So Nagelsmann’s resignation is not at all unexpected.
